What data we process and why

If you contact us

When you email or call us, we process the data you give us (name, email, phone, company and whatever you tell us) to reply and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is your consent when contacting us and, if we end up working together, the performance of the contract or of pre-contractual steps.

If you send us your application, we will use your CV only for xabet’s recruitment processes.

If you browse the website

Only if you accept it in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics to obtain website usage statistics (pages visited, source, device). The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. More details in the cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Contact data, for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if it becomes a business relationship, for as long as that lasts and for the periods required by law. CVs, for a maximum of one year unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data is kept for 14 months in Google Analytics.

Who we share it with

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. Some providers process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Limited. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, object to its processing, request its restriction or portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@xabet.net stating which right you wish to exercise.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
